My law would be term limits for congress.

I would abolish Political Correctness and institute a system to fine someone for using bad words, just like in that movie Demolition Man. Then all the proceeds generated by that would go to maintaining that system, Housing and food for the homeless, make Education cheaper and pay off the national debt.
There will be areas were the system wont fine people. Like Comedy Clubs. Because Comedians need to work too.

I'd make a law but not with a prison based penalty.

My law would require people to get licenses to have a child.

A law where you give me your cookies

Bakeries must give me jelly donuts free or lose their license to sell

Is greatly up the misdemeanor suck level to punishable by life.
