My therapist says i need to be kinder to myself.

@PhoenixPhail I have been trying. It's such a draining thing to do, believe it or not. It takes such mindfulness and awareness, and frankly sometimes it makes me SO tired (and angry and sad...).

But, I am trying. Thank you.

@OverMe It sounds as though your trying to be kinder to yourself is taxing a very well-established system in yourself that wants to pull you closer to itself. I recognize that's what goes on in me.
