I Dont Like the Police

Policemen without guns would be workers who loved their work, so they would ALSO COME ON TIME.

@SW-User if someone is really going to pull that gun and shoot the cop, the cop is already dead (if they have a firearm or not).

Anyone pulling a gun and shooting the officer in cold blood is a psychopath.

I’m not saying they need to be devoid of firearms. I think handguns should not be worn at all times.

@SW-User The USA should have a gun free month this year and a gun free season next year and a gun free forever the third year and ever more. I might be the only person left in the USA who knows guns are about death and obliteration not good against evil. That stuff comes from INSIDE. Can't be enforced.

How can people grow up not knowing that implicitly?

I like anarchy and for one I have studied up on what that means.

A society without force is the one I NEED. It is possible. But as usual I am talking to myself.

@Platoscave Increased funding for mental health care does not inherently involve building more psych wards. There are things like better and more available housing, more disability money, funding for therapists and psychologists and not just psychiatrists, public funding for meds, quite a bit actually.

And they're not "happy pills," if you've taken them you know that. MDMA is the happy drug and they don't give it out.

You can't eliminate all policing, but you can reform the fuck out of it and keep them on a [i]very [/i]short chain by means of constant surveillance, outlawing police unions, implementing severe penalties for misconduct, changing the workplace culture and taking away their paramilitary toys.
