When is Hillary Clinton going to be charged with a crime?

The IG report itself said she had classified information on her private server. That is illegal as all hell.
FreeSpirit1 · 51-55, F
But she didn't mean it and she's sorry. It was an oopsie.
@FreeSpirit1 😂😂😂🤣🤣
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
It sounds like you read the IG report like trump read it... you didn't read it. Get educated!
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@Harley4Life So, you are inhumane?
@MarkPaul no im not and again what the hell does that have to do with the question
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@Harley4Life The conversation at some point took a turn. That's how conversations work. Even you must know that.
akindheart · 61-69, F
they have her on so many crimes and federal statutes it is not funny, yet she goes free. to me this was a whitewash report directed at Comey..as scapegoat. trump needs the unredacted version
akindheart · 61-69, F
@HerKing good. glad you got something right.
HerKing · 61-69, M
@akindheart Sarcasm is lost on some people...🙄
akindheart · 61-69, F
@HerKing you are right. i don't deal with innuendos or sarcasm...or stupid emojis

Setting up caged camps for children is a bigger crime than anything HRC might have done. Fodder for a future IG report and a special place in hell for those who set them up.

I’m hoping that after the election Trump can clean out the justice department and the FBI , get people charged that need to be ... and restore law and order
katielass · F
@TexChik The dimwits are going to be very surprised come November. I won't say why on here.
TexChik · F
[@😮. Pm me 😁
katielass · F
@TexChik I meant to a hour ago but youknow, stuff gets i the way. will do though.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
Since the Republicans control the White House, Senate, House, and DOJ, if she's done something criminal, there is no reason she cannot be charged with a crime. The Administration has had a year and a half to do so, yet has not. Given that putting her in jail would be a huge victory for Trump's base, the fact they have not charged her indicates they cannot.
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
@windinhishair not charging Mrs Clinton keeps her in a disgrace of permanent disgrace. Quite ideal.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@jackjjackson I can't believe that even you would believe something like that.
nudistsueaz · 61-69, F
Not sure but I hope it's soon. I would have already been in prison if I had done what she did. Duel standards you think???
katielass · F
@nudistsueaz Yep, the laws apply to everyone except dumbocrats.
Heartlander · 80-89, M
@beckyromero
Well, yes, that's a more general statement about the disconnect between high-ranking government officials and the rest of us.

Some people just think it's because of her being Hillary. I disagree.

Others did the same thing and didn't go to jail.
Yes, and there has always been a "political" component ...

John Allen and David Petraeus didn't exactly get a walk, and their offenses seem minor by comparison to what HRC seems to be getting away with.

Clinton's NSA advisor Sandy Burger stuffed classified documents in his socks to sneak they out of the national archives and he never confessed to what exactly he took. For that he was fined $50,000, sentenced to serve two years of probation and 100 hours of community service. What he stole is still a deep dark secret.
katielass · F
@Heartlander Exactly.
With each day Trump is in office, the odds of HRC getting charged go down, I think, at least until he completely drains the swamp and gets rid of all ethical prosecutors, or just starts dealing with his enemies like his buddy Kim does.
akindheart · 61-69, F
@Heartlander that was without a doubt planned. and when sessions threatened the president that if rosenstein goes, he goes. i would have said dont' let the door hit you in the ass.
Gwangi · 46-50, M
@eli1601 this is one of the funniest things I have read today. Not going to happen.
Gwangi · 46-50, M
@akindheart sessions is an interesting character. He did the right thing by recusing, and by and large, he and Rosenstein have let Mueller run the investigation the way he wants to. But invoking the Bible to separate families and imprison children is a bit of a stretch, so he loses points there.
Graylight · 51-55, F
It was improper and against policy. It was not illegal. Before it was deemed against policy, people like Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice did the very same thing.

Ooh, you know what is illegal? Shredding documents related to the office of the presidency, which Trump does so often and so persistently despite knowing better that there is a team assigned to taping them back together.
Scubaguy027 · 46-50, M
@Graylight mishandling classified information is what makes it illegal. I say that because I did have a clearance when I was active duty and I know the punishment I would have received had I had classified material on an unclassified system. That is not policy that is the law and has been such from at least the 90s when I enlisted. The part most people don't understand about classified material is the handling aspect of it which is how must get themselves in trouble.

What I did read was that she had material of at least the Secret level. What is absolutely ridiculous with the way the government works is if you have just one item of classified material on a computer, the entire computer is now classified at that level.

Not trying to split any hairs here just giving a bit of background info
Scubaguy027 · 46-50, M
@Graylight one other thing is that certain documents can be shredded if done in the proper manner PROVIDED they meet the criteria for destruction
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
not charging Mrs Clinton keeps her in a disgrace of permanent disgrace. Quite ideal. @Graylight @Scubaguy027
katielass · F
And apparently clapper was right last year when he testified that her server was hacked by those big bad Russians.
akindheart · 61-69, F
@katielass even clapper is saying the Mueller investigation needs to stop. makes me wonder...getting too close to him?
Gwangi · 46-50, M
If she ever commits a crime, she’ll likely be charged with one. Like paying hush money to a porn star a few weeks before the election. That kind of thing.
Gwangi · 46-50, M
@TheeOriginalEXLover stop the name calling and give us an intelligent argument. Not too much to ask.

The IG report also said the Comey while insubordinate made the correct decision to not prosecute even though that decision was not his.
bowman81 · M
@akindheart Not exactly, about Strzok...there was malice but no evidence of an overt illegal act toward that goal. You and I can complain and talk about not letting Hillary be elected and it isn't a crime until someone can prove we actually did something toward that end that was illegal. We don't have thought police YET, no matter how badly some would love to make it a crime to not agree with them.

Unprofessional, of course, destroying of the image of the agency, yes, fabricating evidence, quashing or hiding evidence, taking steps toward blocking the election, no way.

Should he and others be fired for that type of behavior, removed from sensitive posts? Sure. A crime is an entirely different matter. I worked in investigations and while I often had disagreements with those I worked with and for, and might of taken a little satisfaction in seeing someone get jammed up, that alone isn't a crime. Not unless I take it further...and someone has to prove that I did. That is what is lacking in the Strzok/Page mess. They may have done more, but all we have evidence of is an illicit affair between two employees who really disliked a candidate running for president. We need more evidence to convict them of any crime and the IG didn't find it.
HerKing · 61-69, M
@akindheart
he posted the texts that clearly say we are not going to let him win yet there was no malice???
FBI agent shows off to his partner in hide the sausage...The other FBI agents didn't get the memo clearly.
akindheart · 61-69, F
@bowman81 i understand your position but Strzok was in aposition of authority, had malice, talked about an insurance policy to make sure it would not happen AND there was the Vive La Resistance message. it might be circumstantial but clearly not professional. He needs to go with Rosenstein right behind him.
Gwangi · 46-50, M
Is that a bigger crime than paying hush money to a porn star a few weeks before the election?

Clinton was impeached though. And he can't be re-elected as POTUS, he did his 8 years.

I hope it’s soon . There are others who have gone to jail for less .
katielass · F
@Ramon67 I was thrilled to see that poor guy who took a pic of himself in the submarine and sent to his gf pardoned by Mr. Trump. That was a political prosecution by the odumbo admin. if I ever saw one. Scooter Libby, too.
Ramon67 · 61-69, M
@katielass I agree with you . That administration was corrupt .

Who cares. Stop living in the past.
@SW-User if it was Donald Trump would you care? The fact remains is that she broke the law and needs to be held accountable as should any lawbreaker

@Harley4Life who gives a shit about Trump either.
