Should executions be televised?

@Nyloncapes I did some work in drama therapy with pedophiles. They do change. The desire is usually always there but they can learn to control it. And that desire is there because almost all of them were molested when they were kids.

Ynotisay, yes you do seem to find that, most of them were molested as kids, but I honestly think, they are so manipulative, they really very good at saying what you want to hear in the sessions

@Nyloncapes Yep. Manipulation is a big part of most any criminal's life. What I was involved with was getting them to regress to the mindset they would have when they chose to act out. Fantasy was a big part of their lives so it wasn't too hard to get them to that place. At that point it wasn't about them manipulating me. You could see it in their eyes. I worked with some pretty bad people but they're the ones who stood out the most. It was like a light switch. Pretty chilling.

@TheGoodGuy But that's not the case in Iran and Iraq. They hold public executions and kill even more than the U.S.

@Ynotisay that might be bcoz theres more rules there. For example if usa ran the same rules as iran/iraq im pretty sure the execution rate would b higher in usa

@TheGoodGuy True. But law breakers break laws. Doesn't matter how many or few there are. Guess we should be glad we don't live in China. The law there is a bit more open to interpretation. Probably why they kill thousands every year.
