Main Building of a former psychiatric hospital in Perth, Scotland

@smiler2012 Plans are afoot for conversion into over 50 flats

The hospital closed down when a new facility was built adjacent to it. So if you do buy one of the flats, not only are you living in a former psychiatric hospital, but you've also got an active psychiatric hospital next door haha

@TheJagsman it is terrible you know in a way how grand buildings like that cannot be used more constructively rather than greed people convert to flats every derelict building that comes up for sale

@smiler2012 It seems to be where the money is, though I guess flats is better than student accomodation where the occupants are far more transient

I do agree though, some of these buildings could be put to better use
