@Thevy29 It was pretty forward thinking when it opened, though I think there was abuse in every large psychiatric at some point

@Thevy29 if it was like many larger mental hospitals in the USA, experiments on children were conducted in the USA, the head of the program worked for the CIA and his name was John W. Gittinger, he created the Personality Assessment Test. Set up a shell company to cover for his activities. A lot of torture including sexual torture was done on children in his research.

The one near where I live has laid in ruins for several decades, the police won't even go in without guns drawn.

It was a huge multi large building facility in total ruins in a very dangerous area. Most of it has been torn down now and the "main strip" of this area has been cleaned up.
