I’m not in a good mood today, I gave myself laryngitis last night while aggressively coughing during a minor choking incident during dinner. Long story short, I’m at work with a very sore throat and a disappearing voice 😞

I'm sorry. Sore throat plus trying to push through work is no fun at all. Make sure you baby your voice a little. Drink warm teas, honey, and as little talking as possible if you can swing it.
Hopefully tonight you can fully rest and let your throat heal up. I hope tomorrow feels lighter for you 💙
