One of many reasons I love where I work… and hate it.

I spent the last 3 hours with a woman who believes she is the anti christ. Very sweet lady. She met with her social worker, had some tea, told me about why she’s the Antichrist and the gods she channels through her.

Now that she’s left I feel very unsettled.
I’d like to go hide now.

Not with this lady, but sometimes one needs a drink after they leave. Like the day the very wealthy meth addicted came in looking for poisons so she could kill the rapists. She was a lot. She told me Naomi Campbell took her soul, that that’s what these people do.

Well, at least she's passably polite. You don't get that often in people who claim they're going to end the world.

And hey, if she's channeling more than one god, she's even open-minded- AND theologically knowledgeable ("the Antichrist" isn't actually mentioned in the Bible)! So hey, bonus points.

@samueltyler2 real life as well as online - but I don’t work with the online side. Usually not even the brick and mortar store. It’s small but growing. We sell a lot of services, tarot readers and such. It’s an interesting time.

@SoftIceCream Naaa, I’m not going to belittle her. She’s broken enough. I did ask why she believed herself to be but her answer meandered and led to the 4 horseman of the apocalypse. She’s married to them.
I enjoyed her company.
Sort of.

@nonsensiclesnail Hmm, yea, that is a bit deranged. You never know what they will do if they suspect you don't believe them. She can be the female anti-christ I suppose. I believe the male version is currently the president of America.
