Each company has their own way always seems to be a pause between resume and interviews dont hold hold out for that keep looking!

I work a large company and my application is still open 2 months after the end date. It's just up to them, I wouldn't hold your breath, just... Keep trying elsewhere and maybe they'll get to you.

i have applied for thousands if jobs. when its closed. dont take ur app away. because they are considering u. if hr not slected because this sounds like indeed. then. u take it away

This sounds so anxiety inducing, but theyre also a small company so will probably be slower than others. Good luck
