Co-worker stealing from work

I'd have them clean my house and repair my roof. It really needs repair.

Stole money from the house once, I think, when I was 10-11 years old. But the purpose was noble, I bought ice cream for all the kids on the street.😀😀

Maybe deal with the issue myself if at all possible. Would t want to involve the cops if not a massive loot.

Depends on what they are stealing. If it’s food from the break room I’d let them know that they have been caught. If it was something more severe. They would be done. 🚓

There are medicines for depression whose side effect is compulsive behavior. Some steal, others have such a high sexual appetite that it becomes aggression.
