I just want to finish June
My last Day at work will be on July 1. I resigned from work just after 2 months. I should've trust my guts when I saw the red flag on their hiring process (calling me several times for 4 months, then ghosting me, and call me again).
My first week was great. And the benefits is great actually. But I can't stand the workload and colleagues. Gaslighting culture is also prominent. I've also read some reviews from previous employees, too bad I should've researched before I signed the contract.
The management promised a manageable tasks, but no—I'm always lack of sleep and rest because of this work. Oftentimes, I forgot to eat because of the intensity of the work.
My colleagues are all rude and self-conceited. It's funny to think how highly they think of themselves and team up to bully me. No wonder why they can't recruit an employee for my position for almost a year (I heard that they have had recruits before but they also leave after a short time).
Now, I just want to end this job, it makes me anxious everyday. My salary doesn't even justify the workload and stress. May God sustain me until I finish my work here.
