Very stressful.
I take 50+ calls a day (100+ during peak season), and they're all angry, rude, panicked, or emotional. I have to give each caller my full empathy and attention, then take another call immediately after, without bringing any of the frustration or emotion from the previous call into that current call. It sucks. It's mentally and emotionally draining.
