Well work was interesting due to confronting my boss about my hours being cut bad.

I noticed my hours keep going down and on the newest schedule 2 weeks out from now I was only scheduled a single day. Obviously that doesn't fly with me so I asked him about it. This week I only have 15 hours and the next about the same and then only 8 hours. When I talked to him about it I straight up asked him if he was trying to soft fire me. In past jobs this is a tactic they used to get rid of people. He said no then I explained about my hours. He told me he cut them because I didn't want to clean the crap in the bathroom one day. I said ok but my hours keep going down and I can understand punishment but this is something else. He then told me it's always something with me. I was late a few times during the time I didn't have a car. I always called though and he was aware of my situation. I call out too much well I can't help it my health has been rather poor and it's cold and flu season. Then he said I swore and complained about a new layout on the floor. I didn't swear and all I said was the new layout is dumb which everyone has been echoing the same opinion. He said he heard me swearing and talking bad about him. I didn't do either of those things.

I was in the back room for at least a half hour just laying it all out and at first he was fighting me on it then he began to listen and understand. He said he would restore my hours. I'm still 100% looking for a new job but if this can buy me sometime. Oh I also recorded the conversation on the downlow too.

Another coworker had his hours cut like mine too but not as bad and he also talked to the boss today but from what my coworker said the talk didn't go well. He got nailed for call outs but he's been sick.
