I kind of feel like I need to be slapped in the face with a salmon today to get myself in motion

Nothing short of that may work 🤔 I even worked this weekend to try to make today better but it's going to be a doozy.

I hardly ever miss work, but when I got up I just felt off
I had a headache and I felt nauseated
