I actually quit a job like this back in the 90's, they were constantly changing my schedule without notifying me then writing me up, I would have a day off, someone would call in sick, I'd get a call why wasn't I at work and get a write up, show up at work on a scheduled day and be told I'm working swing that day, not day as scheduled. It was through a temp agency and the turnover was extremely high.
