I ignore it if it doesn't involve me. If its impeding my work or constitutes unprofessional behaviour towards me, I report it. I'm obligated to as an employe as well as learning what constitutes each case.

Remind myself putting up with it is part of what I’m getting paid for and try to be gracious about it.

They are called senior management. There to give you hours of fun and laughter.

Just smile an take the money. At least you don’t have to live with them at home.

I hum “Amazing Grace” with a bit of grit in my throat to refrain from screaming. There’s definitely some eye rolling there as well.

I always tried to focus on the work. I figured as long as the job was getting done, folks would leave me to it. But I also worked in a union shop.

I tried to focus on the job at hand.
For about the last fifteen years that I worked for the company, my job involved teaching our sales force, which meant I was responsible for imparting some knowledge and lessening some of the stupidity.
So there was that. 🙂
