hmmm
1) assign a backup key holder
2) set a better example
3) take the lead I showing an interest in the company

maybe then he won't have to worry about the company's income - just how to reinvest the profits :)

He's inconsiderate being late all the time. Every day??? 🤦🏻‍♂

Is he the owner?
ScreamingFox · 41-45, F
@Livingwell he's one of the big managers
Livingwell · 61-69, M
@ScreamingFox No excuse.
SageWanderer · 70-79, M
Is this becoming habitual lateness or has it always been a thing?
ScreamingFox · 41-45, F
@SageWanderer it's every day I work lol
SageWanderer · 70-79, M
@ScreamingFox There always has to be one.
icedsky · 51-55, M
I may or may not be there. But you better be on time!!
ScreamingFox · 41-45, F
@icedsky exactly! He did give us the time we missed today, but the managers are always late. They probably owe me 3-4 hours at this point.
Fieldmaster · 46-50, M
Are you new at this place?
ScreamingFox · 41-45, F
@Fieldmaster three months
Fieldmaster · 46-50, M
@ScreamingFox Cool!

It is time for you to shine and take the lead, if he keeps trusting you and make you his backup, this is good for your career advancement.
Yet if you're ever late, you are not being dependable
ScreamingFox · 41-45, F
@Bexsy yup! I'm always early, it's engrained in me to be politely punctual.
@ScreamingFox me too, it's how I was raised. Show up early. Never late. Give 100% at work. My mom took work ethics seriously
ScreamingFox · 41-45, F
@Bexsy I think if everyone was on that boat it'd be much smoother.
Wow, not even a please 🙄

If you get there before him, why doesn't he just give you a key 🤷‍♂
Simple solution, no?
ScreamingFox · 41-45, F
@Ferric67 I'm just a peon
