I'm so tired of clocking in late because my bosses can't show up to work on time...

Is it old school to show up 10-15 minutes early? Prepared for the day?

I'm losing my fkn time and money. Nobody is sorry. Nobody gives a fk.

My company is trying to rip off my time as well. According to our schedule, we start at 5 am and leave at 1:30 pm. We're supposed to get two 15 min breaks and one 30 min lunch.

However- we get an occurrence if we aren't clocked in by 4:45 am, and if we are even ONE minute late coming back from break or lunch, we get an occurrence as well. So in reality, we do NOT start at 5 am, we start at 4:45. We do NOT get 30 mins for lunch, we get 26-27. And we do NOT get 15 mins for break, we get 13-14.

It is nonsense.

I cut my professional teeth in the banking industry. If you were 5 minutes early, you were late. I’m still early to every appointment and can’t stand tardiness without a good reason.

@ScreamingFox 🤔well this sounds like an bad example being set by the managment time . as the position they hold they should be role models and encourage good time keeping and efficiency

No, any serious boss should appreciate that in a worker. Sounds like they're slackers and don't even take their job seriously. A little bit entitled with their title perhaps.

@Notsimilarreally no offense to anyone, but I feel like that's what happens when 23 year olds are running the show lol

not on my job - we beat the boss in - but we can get in without her.

That’s slow management. Ffs!
That pisses me off. Send them an invoice.

Why are you waiting for the boss to show up before clocking in yourself?
ScreamingFox · 41-45, F
@swirlie because they have to unlock the door 😂
