Apparently the Trump Administration shut down all job corps centers

Im not even there and i worry for the common person.

I worry that they are becoming consumer fodder. Its not looking good🙁

@OogieBoogie Man I'm glad you're back but you chose the worst time. Trump is basically ripping apart everything and Maga is super mean. Like they're not even hiding under any fake morality anymore. I've had to go at it with people saying that a girl with brain cancer deserved to be deported and her parents arrested for getting her help in the United States. They want people to die. So it's the worse time to be on here.

@Pherick All of the job core centers are closing so now we can't get any free education for trades either, which sucks for poorer communities. I had a lot of chaos at the job core center I was, I could tell some stories. It wasn't perfect but I know of a lot who went on to open their own business or got good union jobs.

Now unions are disappearing, I just spoke to someone whose union closed down due to Trump.

@SatanBurger Its insane. I was at the Job Corps sites installing new video conferencing labs, when that was new technology. The kids there were pretty desperate for any chance at new technology and to advance. They had it rough in alot of cases, they just wanted to move up, learn, and get ahead in life. The trades were a great way for that to happen.

I can't believe they are closing.

@SatanBurger While I only look at the money. So I see the Democrats as equally part of the problem. From a distance I liked the idea of Hillary as President. (Time to give the women a shot) And I knew what a horror show Trump would be. Then she used the line "Business as usual" in one of her speeches and my heart sank. Business as usual was what got America into this mess.. The Democrats offered nothing to save America.. And its too late now..😷

@LordShadowfire It's going to drive up crime rates. I know of a few people who went instead of being in the streets but now they got nowhere to go. People don't have access to good schools in those areas and most families struggle.

Job corps isn't the best, their teachers can be good or bad, when they're bad, they're really bad. But I know of a lot who went into trades and got 25 hourly jobs then started their own trade businesses.

I honestly hate job corps, the teachers there were really corrupt but i know many who would be in the streets without these services.

Trump isn't doing anything about crime by trying to dismantle our social policies. He's creating havoc so he can blame the warfare that's going to ensue in a few years on liberals.
