You need a purpose something to motivate you. Use this time to spring clean, maybe get your house in order, organize closets, drawers, do some yard work or go help out someone else who made need assistance with something.

@JamesBugman I wasnt like this before.
@RisingMorningStar7 What I find is if I do not get enough exercise, physically or using my brain, I get like that. I could sleep all day. Buy some oranges, jog around the block, do 3 sets of 10 situps and the same with pushups, then see how you feel.
