Do you still go to work even if you're sick?

I'm fortunate enough to have a job where working from home is possible when sick. Been far less instances of catching stuff circulating the office as a result. Also, post-covid we actually get sick days now. Whether we are encouraged to use them or not tends to fluctuate from manager to manage and where in the yearly production schedule we are.
