@mindstruggle like actually tho! I havent been sick in years. I just eat a regular diet, i dont really exercise or take anything. I just decided i dont get sick. When other people are getting sick around me, instead of "thinking oh i might get sick" i think, "im healthy, il be fine." And it just works 🤷♂
