Probably neurosurgeon. Those guys can stay in medical school for nearly a decade before they're set out into the wild

EDIT: They leave medical school around the normal time, but spend a bunch of years after that in residency or training

@TinyViolins I agree. Their training never stops as new techniques are developed.

@TinyViolins Yep, around 7 years of residency. Plastic surgery residencies can last almost as long.
