Which is much more stressful to work in, fast food or retail?

I have worked in retail but never in fast food. I imagine fast food to be the worst. You are not only dealing with food but also impatient hungry customers and some very demanding. Heat in the kitchen and large job turnovers which means always yhiring and trading new workers who may not have good work ethics.
