Just checking my work life experiences are consistent with other wage slaves.

Is it standard practice in a civilian private sector role to receive no communication that your responsibilities have changed until you’re told afterwards that you haven’t being doing them, to receive no extra pay when taking on extra responsibility, and to be labelled a trouble maker when you suggestive an alternative that saves time and improves service even though management didn’t come up with it themselves?

@jshm2 So when my employer changes my responsibilities and doesn’t inform me you’re suggesting I should in some clairvoway be in the know?
