What makes a job "rewarding"?

Getting alot done and your boss notices and says something to you

Payday and tolerable management and coworkers.

It paying my bills😒

Having feelings of accomplishment and usefulness.

Putting a smile on someone’s face, making their day better, giving a person relief, making someone laugh.
I work with seniors and handicapped people. ❤️

When I was working it was the people who needed my knowledge and expertise, it was never about the money or the woke manager

When i feel i did a good job and also others recognize it.

Completing a long pending task without a hitch.

Knowing it was useful and that you're paid on time.

Seeing the result of your work

the money minus the time

Fair pay, a sense the work makes some kind of difference, small or large, and a feeling of accomplishment.
