When you're job hunting, how much time do you spend job hunting ?

Only once in my life did I NOT have a job when I went job hunting. That one time, a friend recommended me at her work, and the only time I spent was filling out that one application. The rest of the time, I put my resume online, or mailed it directly to HR, and once, I went to no less than three interviews. I was hired at all of them, and accepted all of them one after another. I went to one job, worked for two weeks, then got a better offer, and worked for three weeks, and then the best offer of all of them called me in for a day of testing and training, and I accepted that job.
