10 years at my job

Just had my photo taken for a piece that is going out on our internal staff email about me! I started as a receptionist and now I'm a regional supervisor having had a couple of roles in between. Also... 5 months of losing weight so I am feeling...

@SlaveEt I am finding it the same as putting the weight on... once you get going, it gets easier 😅

It was hard at first but then I found my motivation for it and actually enjoyed it. I started by cutting out all treats and snacks, drinking more water and going for walks and eventually started adding a light work out every other day.

That's great! I still need to get to the regular exercise bit. However, I have been adding more veggies, more water and focusing on this new skill I've been hearing a lot about. They call it moderation?😋🤣 Turns out they were right! It's been working, lol😁😇
