@SlaveEt I am finding it the same as putting the weight on... once you get going, it gets easier 馃槄
It was hard at first but then I found my motivation for it and actually enjoyed it. I started by cutting out all treats and snacks, drinking more water and going for walks and eventually started adding a light work out every other day.
@Emele That's great! I still need to get to the regular exercise bit. However, I have been adding more veggies, more water and focusing on this new skill I've been hearing a lot about. They call it moderation?馃構馃ぃ Turns out they were right! It's been working, lol馃榿馃槆
