What are some things your company (employer) does that you disagree with?
Our pet fees are $75 per pet. A guy brought his parakeet with him, and I had to charge him $75. It's just a little bird.
If a guest wants to pay with cash, they're required to add an extra $250 deposit. They get it back upon leaving, given the room isn't destroyed, but not many people have that much cash on them. On top of that, the cheapest rooms we have are always around $130. That's almost $400! The website doesn't tell you this. They find out after they've already arrived.
We're supposed to contact the police if people are just hanging around. I usually just ignore this rule. I feel like it's targeted toward homeless people. If I'm working, I let them hang out, watch TV, and grab something to eat. I always carry extra cigarettes and lighters for them. I'm not calling the police over stuff like that, if they're not violent or doing anything wrong. Good grief, they are going through enough as it is.
