Find it very difficult to communicate at work

Not decisive at all about anything either.

This wasn't the case at my previous workplace. But now I am like this. I feel like a failure. :(

You're not a failure, don't loose perspective. But if things are that hard, you might need to move on.
I'm sorry you're facing this now.
