I worked remotely 2 days a week prior to covid. My personal preference would be 1-2 days per week in office, my current corp leadership prefers we only do 2 remote [in the spirit of collaboration which I don't really much do except with other off site colleagues so really no need to be there IMO].
I know mostly they just don't want to pay to reserve a cubicle space for me if I'm there less than 3 days a week and no one on my team wants the alternative of reserving spots like some other more remote based departments have to do.
I like being home around my pets who are unofficial emotional support animals.
