I have worked from home pretty much constantly since 2008 with only some short spells in an office. Pros are that you get more time as you are not travelling. You can wear what you like (or not as you prefer), depending on the job you might be able to have a longer work day but with more breaks.
Cons are lack of contact with people. It helps to go out for a walk during the day - peerhaps to the shops or similar to see other humans!
