And what do you look for in them?

It was easy for me. I had a great HR person who placed ads and made inquiries at universities. She screened applicants, so I only had to interview the best of the lot. We were usually looking for people with special skills and knowledge. Our customer often required a Ph.D., even though I felt that was unnecessary.
