Any of you have a manager or supervisor that targets you and treats you like absolute shit?

@Dainbramadge honestly, I'd rather not hear her talk ever again.

@HeavyTanker2030 Been there.
Good luck and make sure you have a job before you quit this one. :-)
HeavyTanker2030 · 26-30, M
@Dainbramadge yes, mother. Lol! I kid, I kid. Yeah definitely gonna make sure of that. Still gonna flip her the bird as I walk out the door

Last time that happened to me I got two years of unemployment compensation out of it.
I did, years ago, when I first started working for a company. The woman made me want to quit—but I hung in there.

Decades later, same company made me one of their instructors, training sales force and management.

Guess who appeared in my class one Monday ?

When she saw me in front of the class—and I smiled at her, she got up and left.
I heard later that she retired.
Always assumed you were a trucker for some reason.

Ever considered it?

Had one as such
I was so purturbed and wanted retaliation!

Later on found out he was living a double life. He got sent to Federal prison and all his possessions taken away as well as being fired.
The Lord gave me my sweet revenge.

Months later ran into him with a few of his coworkers, he stayed in the background never wanting confrontation.

Yeah she targeted someone else for a while but they just left. She just can't seem to let me work without saying something. Its exhausting.
Kuronekko · 41-45, F
@HeavyTanker2030 I feel you, i get along with my other manager and everyone else I work with. Shes just always had an issue with me.
HeavyTanker2030 · 26-30, M
@Kuronekko well with mine, it's because I went off on her and basically told her she was wrong. She got onto me for checking the dates on food, which is part of the responsibility of a cashier and told me it was pointless and the time I was using to check dates I could've been recovering the shelves

@HeavyTanker2030 Its the pointless orders that get me too. 😐

Not since I retired! Sorry if you do!

Yes when I was younger and too scared to stand up for myself, so had to walk away. Years later and quite recently a senior manager got nasty with me and sent a follow up email saying i faced disciplinary action if i did it again. I told him i would be taking the matter higher, and showing his email to his seniors. He asked me not to, but i did. His seniors were shocked he even disciplined me, let alone sent the email. Promotion arose in the department and he didn't get the job. He blanks me now, but I know he will keep looking for some way to get me in trouble.
WillaKissing · 61-69, M
@meggie Bless you for standing your ground and for what is right!
HeavyTanker2030 · 26-30, M
@WillaKissing oh definitely

No they wouldn’t dare.
HeavyTanker2030 · 26-30, M
@Notladylike nice. Lol!
HeavyTanker2030 · 26-30, M
I will apologize for the profanity
HeavyTanker2030 · 26-30, M
