Maternity leave for 12 weeks?! 😱
I was thinking maybe 4-6 weeks, but they're giving me three months. And my boss was telling me I have enough PTO that I can be a stay-at-home mom for a few more months after if I want. We'll see.

First baby, I would spend as much time as I could. Your going need the time to get adjusted to new way of life as "Mommy". So why not take the PTO and enjoy R & R with your new family. Maybe even take in a trip to somewhere close.
