Congrats! Mine has a similar setup for full pay and even longer at half pay if needed. It’s a nice safety net isn’t it

Definitely take the 12 weeks at least with my first baby I went to work 2 weeks postpartum because I didn’t qualify for maternity leave and it was rough your boss sounds awesome

No need to be super woman. Once the babe is here you'll want that time. Cherish it.

Take a bunch but do leave some for inevitable pediatrician visits down the road.

First baby, I would spend as much time as I could. Your going need the time to get adjusted to new way of life as "Mommy". So why not take the PTO and enjoy R & R with your new family. Maybe even take in a trip to somewhere close.

Do it! Take as long as they’ll give you.

You will want all that time and more. I goes by so fast

4 to 6 weeks really isn’t enough. If you’re able to, I would take the full three months. Even three months is not enough.
