Used to have a “work wife”. She was a dear friend. Unfortunately about three yrs ago she developed early dementia and now she only a shell of herself. It’s terrible because she was one of the smartest and kindest people I have ever worked with.

*cross to bear, not bare.
Unless this is some fruity British spelling. 😆

I have many work wives, difference is we all are dysfunctional and want divorce but that's not an option.
Yes, it was actually dangerous. The thing is I don't have a Pooh bear body either 🤭
If you’re on the clock, it doesn’t count as cheating.

Yeah, had one once, many moons ago.
Then at the Christmas party when we both had one too many sodas she whispered to me “You know I really want F&@k you” 😬
Things got a little bit awkward after that.

@Ghostinthemachine Why awkward? Did you accept or decline her offer?

You better take care of her. She's the boss's niece

Nah. Not an issue I have to deal with.

I have a workwife. We did the same year group for 5 years. The whole school were devastated when we were forced apart last year. Even the parents.
