'Worker of the Month' at my company is such bs

Last month's WotM is a woman who is constantly crying on her calls, singing loudly about Jesus in the break room, talks to herself, and recently left her phone in the work fridge for 4 days and was convinced that someone else did it "just to be mean". 🙄

If that's what this company values, I'm glad I don't fit the bill. 😂
