There is a woman at my company

Well done her.She should grow the nails out long on both her hands.Some pay for nail extensions and nail bars are everywhere.Yet your co worker has really long natural nails.I have grown out my own nails extremely long all of my life and can do everything,using keyboards, touchscreens, driving a stick shift car.My nails are very strong.

And I personally think it is gross and often wonder the same things as you......

Isn't that a cultural norm in some societies? Is she from a different culture? Just curious, otherwise I would think that would be really inconvenient.
