I have stopped tippy-toeing around my Conservative coworker

Now, when he messages me on Teams and starts preaching his politics to me, I just start preaching right back with my liberal beliefs.

I think it turns him on, I swear to god. Lol. He starts making innuendos and vaguely flirting. It's insane.

@greensnacks right?! At first when he started talking politics with me I almost reacted as though I was on Candid camera. I didn't respond with anything that wasn't 100% politically correct. But now No Holds Barred LOL.

@greensnacks we had a separate channel in slack for people to opt in to that stuff. It still be going. I left it because there were a few events that looked like they might be HR magnets. By and large, it was mostly left leaning folks in there with the rare right winger making an appearance and trying to unsuccessfuly convince people of the conservative talking point of the day.
