Coworkers was no filter

So of course everyone at work knows about my health issues and worries. Well I heard my very load coworker talking about me and my family. She said it was selfish of me to be with someone who already was a disabled child because if I died he'd be stuck having to raise 2 disabled kids and a child that should be on meds to calm him down. Everyone in the office could hear her. I stepped out and she went oh my gosh I said that to loud. I'm sorry. I simply said thanks for worrying about my family and went back into my office. She did get pulled into our boss's office.

People use others as a performance platform to give speeches on things they know nothing about. And they are loud intentionally as a further attention-grubbing aid.

Nothing that happens to her is your fault in any way. Don’t let her do that further injustice.

But, yes, no more confidences. A good measuring tool is, if someone tries to gossip with you about someone else, she/he will most definitely do the same to you.

@Mamapolo2016 I'm a pretty private guy at work I don't share a lot but I have talked about my son and his nickname tiny tornado. My boss wants to talk to me before I go home so this should be fun. I feel a headache coming on
@Cigarguy101 Boss just wants to know how you’re doing. And how much of a fuss he’ll be dealing with. You will handle it well.

Tomorrow, it would not be inappropriate to let the Tourette’s off the leash a bit when you encounter THAT coworker. She’s got it coming.

@Mamapolo2016 you're right he just apologized and was checking to see if I was ok. He said he was going to sepend her for a day and I told him that wasn't necessary. I said a private apology would be fine and yes I feel like my outbursts might be worse than normal tomorrow during that meeting but get back in contact right after lol
@Cigarguy101 You’re a good guy.
