Seriously tho, when most people talk to me I usually just hear: "bla bla bla"

I tend to go for the nod and smile, sometimes it's fine and sometimes you can tell from the facial expression of the other person that it was totally inappropriate.

Yea I do this sometimes, it gets me in trouble when I miss something I was supposed to do and have no knowledge of what it was later.
