My supervisor has made me hate my job

I've been there since last September, and never had any problems- in fact, I have been praised and promoted by other supervisors I had in the past.

But a month ago, they assigned a new supervisor to me, and she is the most negative, micromanaging, incompetent boss I've ever had. I get sick at the thought of going to work now.

She sounds like a narcissist.A narcissist is often lacking in confidence but instead of improving themselves they choose to undermine others.
Ask for any instructions from her to be sent to you by email.You can use malicious compliance against her.That can be a vicious tactic.Watch out for gaslighting and her stealing credit for other people's work.
