Just once. My mom was critically ill in the hospital. They pushed me to talk about it somehow and I couldn't keep things under control anymore.

Never but I did have a coworker come right up to me and started crying to my face and to this day I still don't know wtf it was about.

Yes.
One of the residents, (a favourite of mine cause she was 99 years old and didn't give a f#ck about social niceties any more.) Died suddenly.
It took 2 of us carers to get her showered, dressed and every bits and bobs she wanted to wear on and in place. Her Daughter was waiting outside the door for half an hour now. We were leaving the room and she told us to "Piss off" whilst giving us the finger. And died. Finger still raised. 😢
