People at work keep trying to steal my pen... 🖋️

I get a lot of compliments on the Uni-Ball Signo 207 gel pen I use and there have been some people in my workplace who would "forget" to hand it back to me after I'd let them use it sign for the mail I deliver. They play it off like it was a simple honest mistake, but I'm onto them. 😒
