What would you do

Started as a barback for my current employer 3 years ago. Learned how to bartend and has been my occupation for 34 months. Also a full time college student. Fall semester commences in 7 days. Was offered a management position last night. More hours...more money...less fun pourin' drinks ..seriously less free time. Feel like I've been offered the keys to a city. Just not sure I can maintain both. 🤷‍♀️

Keep your flexibility during college - stick to slinging the drinks when you need to.

Unless this management gig is tied to your college degree.
