Do I need anger management?

So… I recorded yesterdays meeting on my watch and captured our group dynamic. Even with a guest at the meeting they tried to provoke me. It’s only when I’m in groups too. Wtf.

I discovered two things.

1.) I think people take my silence as being hateful but most of the time I’m just chilling or waiting for their egos to drop so we can actually do something but then when I do speak I’m angry because they are trying to provoke me. So it may come off as I’m always quiet and angry when it’s really not the case.

2.) I might need anger management. I can hear it in my voice. I sound hateful but it’s only when I’m reacting to being provoked. Maybe there goal is to get a ride out of me.

hard as it sounds just try and not rise to the bait . you appear to mentally relax ready for a constructive meeting but then let the action of other bring out your worst side . though not your fault actually anger management might be a good call and help you cope with this sort of verbal aggression you feel [reflective]

@smiler2012 when I do nothing they just keep going, they both brag about how great they are about the smallest shit. I’m not fighting if against people who play fair.
