It's also easy with an active imagination to daydream and step aside from reality for a fantasy where you can imagine yourself in your ideal self. Something I did for years in thought then also in writing as roleplay and stories. And an amazing thing happened when I noticed reality started to merge with my imagined ideal, not quickly mind you, but what I always imagined others would say is heard from time to time by those who appreciate me now for me in my older self.

I'd say I felt this way until I felt I matured into my body , physically and mentally,from around my late 20s onwards..It's all about living yourself,away from the peer pressures around us,just finding peace within yourself
